These terms cover your use of Liminal Atlas, a free location-based walking game. By playing, you agree to them.
Liminal Atlas is a work of fiction. The checkpoints are real places with real local history, while the quests, characters, and story around them are invented. We try to keep the real information accurate, but we do not guarantee it, and the game should not be used for navigation or as a historical reference.
Phone location can be inaccurate, especially near tall buildings or with poor signal. Places in the game may be changed, moved, or removed at any time. A place may not always be reachable or open to the public.
You can play without an account. If you link a Google account, keep it secure. We may reset or remove progress if we update the game, fix a problem, or end the service. We do not promise that progress will be kept forever.
We may block access if these rules are broken.
The story, artwork, music, and software of Liminal Atlas belong to Atlas Initiative. You may play and share links to the game, but you may not reuse our content without permission.
The game is provided as it is, free of charge, without promises that it will always work or be available. To the extent the law allows, Atlas Initiative is not responsible for loss, injury, or damage arising from your use of the game, including from where you choose to go while playing.
How we handle your information is explained in the Privacy Policy.
We may update these terms. If you keep playing after a change, you accept the new version.
